Refund policy
MOV Bike Accessories (MOV) has the following warranty policy for its products. Please read the ENTIRE warranty policy before contacting MOV Bike Accessories to ensure your claim falls within warranty criteria:
- MOV provides a 30-day return or exchange for unwanted, unused items. The shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.
- If the packaging and contents are damaged during delivery, please report to the participating courier for compensation.
- Common wear, such as scratches on aluminum parts where contact with metal screws/washers, is caused by normal use. Other surface scratches may be caused by regular use or during installation and are not manufacturing defects and will not be covered by our warranty.
- The warranty protects the original customer against manufacturing defects and faults but does not cover issues, problems or damages arising from wear and tear, misuse, modification, improper installation or crash damage.
- MOV is not responsible for any damage to bicycles (including paint and/or cosmetic damage), components, or other accessories resulting from the use, improper use, or installation of MOV products. Damage includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper mounting, overloading, or excessive wear due to environmental conditions. Users are responsible for properly installing and maintaining our products and their bikes.
- If a product fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will send you a replacement free of charge after reviewing your submitted proofs and confirmation of the defect. A claim must be submitted within 30 days of receipt.
- MOV is not responsible for dropped and lost attachments mounted, fastened, or linked on our products.
